Vevo’s chief sales officer Kevin McGurn has been working with over-the-top (OTT) inventory longer than most, having also worked for Hulu between 2007-2013. In this fireside chat with VAN editor Vincent Flood, McGurn discusses how OTT platforms can use AI-powered surfacing and searching to compete with YouTube, the challenges which have held OTT back, and why he thinks TV gets a lot right which digital gets wrong.
