Advertisers Want Local Solutions for Global KPIs

RTL AdConnect returned to the Cannes beachfront this year, which managing director Stéphane Coruble described as a case of “the empire strikes back” as the beaches have largely been dominated by the ad tech companies and social platforms in recent years.

And while the company returned to old ground on the beachfront, it is also exploring new borders as it pushes out beyond Europe. In this interview, Coruble explains why RTL AdConnect is moving into new markets, explaining how brands increasingly want local solutions for global KPIs. Filmed at the Cannes Lions Festival 2019.
