Unanimis, MuzuUnanimis, the Orange-owned ad network, has been appointed to manage UK premium video sales for Muzu.tv, a Dublin-based music video service. Muzu.tv was was co-founded by CEO Ciaran Bollard (whose Q&A with VAN will be up on the site next week) and the service – already established in the UK and Ireland – has been aggressively expanding into various European markets including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Nordics and Benelux.

Muzu.tv is already well-known in the industry for being an enthusiastic early adopter of new platforms, and the service is already available on Xbox, Sony and Samsung connected TVs. The company also has plans to move onto various other connected TV and set top boxes in the next quarter. Muzu.tv has also set up numerous content partnerships with high profile publishers including the Daily Star, Daily Express, OK Magazine, NME, Trinity Mirror and Metacafe.

The ads on MUZU TV are primarily focused on pre-roll and video in-skin formats, but Unanimis say brands ‘can take advantage of bespoke solutions to activate their association with music such as white label music Video Portals, branded music players, Facebook video tabs, branded live streams and artist engagement’.
