This guest week’s guest is Belinda J Smith, who is Global Diversity Ambassador for the the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA). Belinda is also a diversity activist and over the course of her career she has headed up media and acted as Head of Global Media and Global Head of Marketing Intelligence for gaming giant EA, which is home to one of the most highly rated in-house teams in the industry.
