How Teads is Evolving its Home Screen Offering

Tim Cross-Kovoor 15 July, 2026

Teads has been working with home screen ad formats to the buy-side for a while now, sourcing inventory from TV OEMs and apps to enable advertisers to run home screen campaigns. As the format grows, Teads is now bringing its home screen infrastructure and ad serving capabilities to the sell-side, helping new sell-side companies spin up home screen offerings, bringing them new creative capabilities, and linking them up with demand.

The move comes as we’re seeing increased demand on both the buy-side and the sell-side says Emily Brewer, Head of Business Development, CTV Supply at Teads. Home screen units are most closely associated with CTV operating systems, but Teads is seeing more individual apps launching home screen units on their own home pages. Meanwhile on the buy-side, Teads is seeing luxury brands invest in home screen ads.

In this interview, Brewer discusses how Teads is evolving its home screen offering, how the format is performing for brands, and the emerging creative opportunities in the space. Filmed in Cannes.
