The VideoWeek Villa in Cannes: What’s Coming Up

VideoWeek will be hosting the VideoWeek Villa in Cannes next week, which will act as an industry hub for video and CTV advertising. From 18th to 23rd June, the Villa will host a series of exclusive panels, fireside (or rather poolside) chats, roundtables, networking events and, of course, parties. There’s still time to register your interest and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

If you’d like to attend the events, or simply take a break from the hustle and bustle of La Croisette, follow the links for registration in the schedule below. The Villa is situated in the hills just a 10-minute drive from the Palais des Festivals, regular shuttles will be operating throughout the week.

We are pleased to announce BBC presenter Ros Atkins will be joining us at the Villa to discuss the future of news, in partnership with BBC Studios. And with war still raging in Europe, we welcome IAB Ukraine to inform the industry on what can be done to help.


Day 1 – Sunday 18th June

6.00pm: VideoWeek Welcome Drinks
Start the week in style with sea views and welcome drinks at the VideoWeek Villa.

Day 2 – Monday 19th June

9.30am: VideoWeek Connect
VideoWeek will host a breakfast speed networking event on Monday morning.

12.30pm: The Future of News, in partnership with BBC Studios
In the afternoon, BBC Studios will be hosting a lunch at the Villa. There will be a fireside chat with the legendary Ros Atkins, whose snappy and straight-talking breakdowns of the news have been hugely popular with BBC audiences.

Day 3 – Tuesday 20th June

9.30am: Breakfast Roundtable, in partnership with Decenter Ads, ADSGARD, BidsCube
Join top players in the industry for an exclusive breakfast roundtable. A chance to discuss programmatic advertising trends, CTV, and expand your network.

12.30pm: Supporting Ukraine: how media & advertising can help
In the afternoon, IAB Ukraine will be hosting a BBQ lunch and panels discussing how the industry can help Ukraine with the rebuild. We’ll be hearing from Anastasiya Baydachenko, CEO of IAB Ukraine, in a video message to the indusry; and Dave Morgan, CEO of Simulmedia, discussing his recent trip to Kyiv.

We’ll also be hosting a panel about how the CTV ecosystem is evolving featuring Helen Price, Global Head of Investment at Wavemaker, and Ian Whittaker, Managing Director at Liberty Sky Advisors.




Day 4 – Wednesday 21st June

4.30pm: Poolside Party in partnership with Decenter Ads, ADSGARD, BidsCube
A private poolside session at sunset, offering the chance to engage with top leaders in the advertising industry in an intimate, relaxed setting.
