Cannes Lions 2022: The Video and TV Highlights

Tim Cross 20 June, 2022Β

The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is finally returning to the French Riviera for the first time since 2019.

VideoWeek is joining the festivities – we’ll be covering the major announcements, and filming video interviews across the Croisette. We’ve very proud to be partnering with WarnerBros. Discovery, PubMatic, Vevo, RTL AdConnect and Good-Loop for our coverage – you’ll find details of where you can find us and our partners below.

Despite the two year break, the festival should have a familiar feel for those who’ve been before – the yachts, the beaches, and the pool parties will all be back in full swing. But there are notable changes too – particularly the ramped up presence of Amazon and TikTok.

While the networking opportunities and beach parties are obviously a big part of Cannes appeal, there’s also plenty of panels, workshops, and fireside chats split across the Palais and the various ad tech beaches and yachts. We’ve put together a quick guide to the content most likely to be of interest to our readers to help you fill any gaps you have remaining in your Cannes diaries:
