Is There Value in European CTV Beyond the Broadcasters?

While buyers generally seem excited by the potential of connected TV advertising, there are still a few roadblocks to investment which make it harder for agencies to sell the medium to their clients. Some still aren’t sure whether there’s much value to be found outside of the broadcasters and YouTube in Europe, while others cite issues around measurement and fraud as hurdles that still need to be cleared.
