A lot of what we see happening in the digital ad market wouldn’t be allowed in the stock market says Richard Kramer, founder of Arete Research. And in fact, while there are significant differences between the two, Kramer says regulators could look to financial markets for inspiration in how they might reign in the likes of Google.
