Ensuring Journalism is Properly Funded is Key for Fighting Fake News

One of the big themes at this year’s New Video Frontiers was how different parts of the industry should be taking responsibility for fighting problems around distribution of fake news, hate speech, and child safety. There is still work to do says Ali Syed, director, publisher partnerships at PubMatic, but one of the key things is to ensure that there’s always proper investment in quality journalism.
